It's Time for Payment!

Admin will reach out once confirmed. RM300 for deposit and remaining balance to be paid by lump sum or by instalment before event day.

Add-on Services

Canopy / Cart Umbrella — RM 50.00

Shade solution for outdoor or open venues. Ideal for locations with rain risk.

Waste Management Service — RM 200.00

Petre Coffee handles all waste collection, booth area cleanup, and take everything back.

Off-Grid Power Charge — RM 150.00

For venues without electricity access — beach, campsite, riverside, recreational park, or other outdoor nature locations. Petre Coffee will bring our own portable power station to run the coffee machine and equipment.

Early Move-In Charge — RM 100.00

For venues that require booth setup a day before the event date — such as expos or corporate events. Petre Coffee will send the team a day early solely for setup.

Late Move-Out Charge — RM 100.00

For venues that require booth teardown a day after the event date — such as expos or corporate events. Petre Coffee will send the team a day later solely for wrap-up.
